Trading Members are hereby informed that, Futuristic Offshore Services & Chemical Ltd (Scrip Code: 500154) has been ordered to be liquidated by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, and appointment of Ms. Jayashree Shukla Dasgupta, Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been suspended w.e.f. September 11, 2006 vide Exchange notice no. 20060824-25 dated August, 24 2006, due to non-payment of Annual Listing Fees by these company for the Financial Year 2006-07, in terms of Clause 38 of the erstwhile Listing agreement. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
